I received the cartridge twin pack within two days of ordering, opened one and dropped it in place. After the printer went through its self-adjustment process, out came beautiful copies. Couldn't be better.

Toner arrived promptly. Works in the printer. HP recycles the cartridge. I haqve never has an HP cartridge explode in my printers. I cant say the same for the refurbished units. Enough said.

HP engineering makes these cartridges very easy to install. Just pull out the drawer, remove the old ones, pull the cartridge tab, and drop into place.

I jut wish they lasted longer.
